Mary Taylor Gunn

Funeral services for Mary Taylor Gunn, 93, of Crawfordville, will be held Thursday, May 17, 2007, at the Raytown Methodist Church with Rev. Arthur Gunn and Rev. Gerri Lancaster officiating. She died Sunday, May 13, in the Warrenton Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Gunn was a native of Taliaferro County and was the daughter of the late Robert L. Taylor and Fannie Mae Treadwell Taylor. She was the widow of Paul L. Gunn. She was a homemaker and a member of the Raytown Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Douglas Gunn, Savannah; a daughter, Martha G. Trennaman, Fayetteville, N.C.; two sisters, Louise Manocchio, New York, and Virginia Hinderlider, Crawfordville; and two grandchildren, Dawn and Gardner Trennaman.

Pallbearers include Les Sales, George Pate, Melvin Forehand, Henry Lee Taylor, Gerald Drinkard, and Layton Harris.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Raytown Methodist Church, c/o Jackie Partridge, 6539 Lower Mill Rd., Crawfordville, GA 30631.

Hopkins Funeral Home of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
