'Follies' opens next weekend at WLTCo.
The Washington Little Theater is gearing up for its newest offering in the 2007 season. The Washington Follies, directed by Jo Rider Randall, is set to begin Friday, October 5, at 8 pm. October 6 and 7 shows are at 3 p.m. The show is full of variety and the talent lined up to sing, dance and perform has been vetted by the veteran director. "This group of talent is one of the best we have ever had" Randall said. The festivities are hosted by Washington's own Henry Harris and is to include a personality parade of celebrity look alikes. The theater's annual gala will be held after the Saturday performance starting at 5 p.m. at the historic Fitzpatrick Hotel Ballroom. Reservations can be made for the show by calling 706-678-9582.
