Amanda McAvoy honored at bridal shower on Jan. 22

Bride-elect Amanda McAvoy was guest of honor at a shower on Tuesday, January 22, at Warren Baptist Church in Augusta given by the staff and ministers of the church.

Festivities were held in the church's break room.

Miss McAvoy, whose marriage to Chris Sanders will be an event of February 2, was honored with a corsage of roses.

Delicious party foods included petit fours, vegetables with dip, fruits with dip and assorted soft drinks.

Special guests included Miss McAvoy's mother, Sherri McAvoy of Washington, and the prospective bridegroom's mother, Luann Sanders of Thomson.
