Alyssa Kathryn Stewart Darrell Jeffrey Roth Jr.

Mr. and Mrs. Tim Stewart of Rayle announce the engagement of their daughter, Alyssa Kathryn, to Darrell Jeffrey Roth Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Roth of Washington.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Shedd of Rayle and Harrison Stewart and the late Mary Stewart of Washington.

Miss Stewart is a 2006 graduate of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School and a full-time student at Augusta State University in Augusta where she is pursuing a degree in music.

Mr. Roth is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Roth and Mr. and Mrs. Wade Palmer of Washington and Mrs. Priscilla Rousey of Tignall.

He is a 2004 graduate of Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and a graduate of NASCAR Technical Institute in Mooresville, N.C. Mr. Roth is employed with Kevin Harvick Incorporated in Kernesville, N.C.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, November 29, at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Washington.
