Wilkes Co. budget set for approval at 5 p.m. Monday

A called meeting of the Wilkes County Board of Commissioners will be held on Monday, June 23, at 5 p.m. for the purpose of considering and acting on the Wilkes County budget as proposed for the fiscal year of July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009, and for amending the current budget. Until that time, the proposed budget may be examined on weekdays at the commissioners' officeduring regular business hours.
