l Dennis and Julia Palmer were in Edgefield, S.C., Sunday to attend a visitation for their friend, Sam Crouch. Mr. Crouch will be remembered for starting the first Wild Turkey Federation Chapter in South Carolina. lWhile spending several days at Hilton Head Island, S.C., Edward and Susan Pope enjoyed dinner with residents Cliff, Lynda and Jason Hopkins. lEd and Hayden Norman, Kaitlyn and Kindler, of Monroe visited Sunday with Dottie Norman. lAnna Stover of London, Eng., is visiting several days with her father, Jerry Stover. l Lee and Howard Germany of Mechanicsburg, Va., were overnight guests Wednesday of Jo and Buzzy Randall. The Germanys were en route to Macon for the funeral of Dr. Howard Giddens. lHudson and Bobbie Hopkins of Thomson visited Sunday with Norma Hopkins. Mrs. Hopkins enjoyed a visit Tuesday in Athens with Bill and Dewey Cooper.
