Rotary leadership changes hands

Outgoing president of the Washington Rotary Club Paula Stevens reminded members of the meaning of being in Rotary in an inspirational farewell address before welcoming Joey Fievet as the new club president. Fievet told the club of his goals for the coming year and presented Stevens with a silver spoon in appreciation of year of leadership.
